· The new disciple: Yes.

· Facilitator: Are you confessing Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior?

· The new disciple: Yes.

· Facilitator: In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, I now baptize you.

· The facilitator helps the new disciple submerge under water and then come up out of the water.
