The following is the checklist of the CDMCPM session overall:

· What activities did uncommitted disciples choose not to participate in in the CDMCPM session? What can we do to encourage them to participate?

· How did you model playing the role of the facilitator in front of participants?

· Did you assist participants in taking on the role of the facilitator by providing

o Ample opportunity for committed disciples to play the role, especially those who intend to start their own groups?

o Feedback on their performance and advice for improvement?

· How did those who intend to start their own CBS groups become sufficiently proficient in executing the responsibilities of being a facilitator by the time their groups become churches?

· How did you watch over participants as they facilitate their own CBS groups as group leaders?

· Did you Leave and release participants who are leaders of their own CBS groups so that

o Their groups become churches?

o They become overseers of the churches?

o They no longer attend the parent church?

· Did you provide the released overseers of child churches with coaching on a weekly basis?

· How did you manage the allotted time of each segment?

· Did the group choose not to pray for any of the allotted times for prayer? What can we do to encourage them to pray?
