The following is the checklist of pastoral care:

· Did the participants share one thing they are thankful for and one thing that is challenging them?

· Did any participant choose not to share one thing he/she was thankful for and one thing that was challenging him/her? What can we do to encourage them to share?

· Did the church have time for a concert of intercessory prayer with fellow participants interceding on behalf of one another concerning what is challenging them?
