· Did you administer the Lord’s Supper according to schedule?

· Did the deacon make advanced preparation for the Lord’s Supper?

· Did you administer the Lord’s Supper according to instruction?

· Had those who partook of the Lord’s Supper repented, believed the good news and been baptized?

· Did anyone who has repented, believed the good news and been baptized not partake of the Lord’s Supper?
