The following is the checklist of vision casting:

· Did the vision-casting material energize the disciples to be like Jesus and to go and make disciples? If not, what kind of material would help?

· Did you ask the committed disciples if any of them wants to play the role of the facilitator in a future CDMCPM session?

· Did you refer those who want to play the role of the facilitator in a future CDMCPM session to the document ‘Guidelines for the Facilitator of the CDMCPM Session’?

· Did you make sure that those who want to play the role of the facilitator do the following:

o Keep a written record of the goals of obedience set by all the participants in the CDMCPM session just prior to the CDMCPM session when they will play the role of the facilitator.

o Keep a written record of the goals of fishing for people set by all the participants in the CDMCPM session just prior to the CDMCPM session when they will play the role of the facilitator.

o Pray throughout the week prior to the CDMCPM session when they will play the role of the facilitator for every participant who has set a goal of obedience.

o Pray throughout the week prior to the CDMCPM session when they will play the role of the facilitator for every participant who has set a goal of fishing for people.
